We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Official Tomorrowland Store; if not, you can return your fashion items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Tomorrowland labels and security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
